Carlsbergil on seadusest tulenevalt kohustus teha Saku vähemusaktsionäridele ülevõtupakkumine. Nende kodulehel olevas dokumendis (link) on lk 141 järgmine lõik:
In accordance with Estonian law, the Carlsberg Group will be required to make an offer to buy the 25% of
Saku Brewery AS not owned by Carlsberg before the end of May 2008 as a consequence of the completion
of the Acquisition. Assuming all of the minority shareholders accept the offer, Management anticipates
that the total consideration will be approximately A30 million.Lähtuvalt sellest, et Sakul on kokku 8 miljonit aktsiat, millest umbes 2 miljonit on vähemusaktsionäride käes (~25%), siis võib järeldada, et Carlsberg on nõus maksma kuni EUR 15 (234,7 krooni) ühe aktsia eest.
Hetkel ei ole me veel Carslbergiga ühendust saanud ning ametlikku kinnitust sellise pakkumise kohta.

Saime Carlsbergiga ühendust ning sealt vastati mulle €30m küsimuse kohta avaliku teadaandega (link) ehk järgnevalt:
Carlsberg wishes to clarify in relation to the said statement that the price per share to beoffered to the minority shareholders in Saku will be set taking into account the mandatoryrequirements of Estonian law and that the amount of EUR 30 million is preliminary allocationof funds by Carlsberg which should not be taken as indication of consideration payable.
Reference is also made to Saku's stock exchange release of 9 May 2008 where it is statedthat Carlsberg is not for the moment interested in buying out all of the minorityshareholders or in delisting the shares.
Kokkuvõtlikult: esialgselt on eraldatud €30 miljonit, et seadusest tulenevat ülevõtupakkumist teostada, kuid seda ei tuleks võtta hinnana, mida plaanitakse maksta aktsiate eest.
Carlsberg ei ole endiselt huvitatud kõikide vähemusaktionäride väljaostmisest ega Saku aktsia börsilt äraviimisest
