On 6 January 2010 SC Klaipedos Nafta announced through information
system of
NASDDAQ OMX Vilnius about the results of the transshipment activities
as well
as the earnings during December 2009 and since the beginning of the
year 2009.

On 11 January 2010 information regarding new possibilities of
reloading
activities was announced. The Company has finished the year
exceeding the
design capacity of the terminal. The annual results were fine.
The profit was
significantly greater than of the previous year. Therefore it
seems likely that
we will pay the greater dividends. Subject to the successful
operational
results, dividend payment possibilities can be realistically
forecasted taking
into account the decisions made by the shareholders in
future.
