On the 17 of January, 2010, Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court has tried
a
case No. 162 (due to the fulfilment of the Investments agreement) and gave
a
judgement to sentence to pay a fine of 5.419.808,82 Lt (five million
four
hundred nineteen thousand eight hundred eight Litas and 82 cents)
from
defendant JSC Kauno termofikacinė elektrinė in favour of plaintiff SC
„Kauno
energija“. Fixed by the law amount of interest from this sum and a part
of
lawsuit expenses must be paid as well. The opposite claim of the defendant
JSC
Kauno termofikacinė elektrinė for the plaintiff SC “Kauno energija” in the
same
case was denied. A judgement of the Arbitration Court in this case is
final.
