Independent Member of the Board of AB Klaipėdos nafta Mindaugas Jusius notified on his resignation from the office

On 29^th March, 2017 member of the Board of AB Klaipėdos nafta (hereinafter - the Company), Mr. Mindaugas Jusius informed the Company and the Supervisory Council of the Company that he retreats from the office of the Board of the Company as an independent Board Member as from 11^th April, 2017, taking into account his appointment as a General Manager of the Company to begin duties from 11^th April, 2017.

In accordance with Clause 15.1 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the Board consists of 5 members including the Chairman, 3 of which shall be independent.

Mindaugas Jusius was elected as an independent Board Member to the Board of the Company on 24^th October, 2011. On 29^th April, 2014, by the decision of the Supervisory Council of the Company, Mindaugas Jusius was re-elected to the Board of the Company for a 4-year term.
