The Board of Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba, AB, has been elected

Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2017-09-22 15:16 CEST -- Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba, AB, company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrinės st. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The total number of registered ordinary shares issued by the Company is 635 083 615, ISIN code – LT0000128571.

Taking into account the fact that the term of office of the Company Board expired on 17 September, 2017, we hereby announce that on 22 September, 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Company for the term of 4 years has elected the Board of Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba, AB. Mrs. Eglė Čiužaitė (responsible for Company’s management), Mr. Darius Kucinas (responsible for production management), Mr. Mindaugas Kvekšas (responsible for financial and administration management) and Mr. Nerijus Rasburskis (responsible for business development) have been elected as members of the Board.

The elected Board of the Company shall start performing its duties from the end of the meeting of Company’s Supervisory Board that elected it.

‘Board members, worked in the last term of office showed excellent performance and results. In order to maintain the continuity of the Company‘s activity, the Supervisory Board has chosen the professionals working in the Company, former members of the Board‘, said Mr. Mindaugas Keizeris, member of Supervisory Board of Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba.
