The negotiations between AB Rokiskio suris and Fonterra (Europe) Coöperatie U.A. regarding investment into the company has not completed yet. One of the subject matter of the negotiations is that Fonterra (Europe) Coöperatie U.A. will withdraw from the transaction due to any lawsuits related with the new share emission or assignation of shares. AB Rokiskio suris states that it will protect its interests and will demand from responsible persons to cover any possible losses, if the transaction for the investment of Fonterra (Europe) Coöperatie U.A. into AB Rokiskio suris would not occur or it would be cancelled on the initiative of Fonterra (Europe) Coöperatie U.A. due to the procedures initiated by third parties.
