Tegelikult on minu küsimus rohkem see, et kas kellelgi on veel kogemust taoliste protsessidega. Kuuldavasti kaebab kõnealune punt kohtusse iga börsiettevõtte, mille kurss kukub päevaga rohkem kui 10%. Et kas antud case saab ka kuskilt kandist tõsiselt võtta või on tegemist järjekordse pauguga haavlipüssist ideega, et "küll ükskord ikka kümnesse paneme". On selliseid protsesse ka kunagi võidetud? Ise lugesin natuke hagi - tundus suhteliselt napakas teks olevat :-) Aga mine sa neid ameeriklasi tea. -
Tänapäeval on vähe tehnoloogiaettevõtteid, mida investorid poleks hagenud.

Juristid saavad enamasti tasu ainult siis, kui kohtuasi võidetakse (päris kõva protsent võidetavalt summalT). Nii et ega neilegi seda leiba eriti jagu, kui võite vähe on.

Enamjaolt on asi ikka nii, et fixed tasu (tavaliselt kulunud tundide alusel) makstakse juristidele igal juhul ja võidu korral lisandub kopsakas protsent. Ja see fixed tasu ei ole väike, nii et leiva jaoks jagub küllaga :) -

Hynes & Lerach, LLP (Milberg Weiss) announces $61 million recovery in
connection with the settlement of a shareholder action against Vesta
Insurance Group, Inc. (NYSE:VTA) ("Vesta" or the "Company") and
certain current and former officers and directors of the Company.
Today, one of the court appointed lead counsel for the shareholder
