    Sepracor Inc (SEPR) põhitegevuseks on farmaatsiatoodete leiutamine, arendamine ning turustamine. Firmal on lai toodetevalik, spetsiaalset tähelepanu on pööratud hingamisteedehaiguste, uroloogiliste ning kesknärvisüsteemi ebakorrapärasuste ravile. Firmal on allüksused USA-s, Euroopas ja Kanadas. 2002. aasta tuludest andsid farmaatsiatoodete müük 80% ning litsentsitasud 20%.
