  • USA aktsiaturu indeksid liikusid reedel suuresti külgsuunas, laskmata ennast kõigutada teadmisest, et ka Föderaalreservi presidendi arvates on intressimäära tõstmine märtsi istungil üsna tõenäoline. Nädala lõpetas S&P 500 indeks 0,7% kõrgemal.



    Euroopas sulgus Stoxx 600 reedel samuti väikese muutusega, kosudes päeva esimese poole kaotustest. Suurimat tõusu näitasid Gemalto +7.8%, Unione di Banche Italiane +4.9%, Societe Generale +4.6%, Commerzbank +4.5%, BPER Banca +4.5%. Langejate nimekirja vedasid Berendsen -11.4%, WPP -8.0%, Cobham -7.6%, Marine Harvest -4.0%, EDP - Energias de Portugal -3.7%.

    Kõigest nädalaga on märtsis intressimäära tõstmises kahelnud turg hindamas kergitamist nüüd juba väga võimalikuks ning seepärast polnud üllatuseks reedel Janet Yelleni esinemine, milles Föderaalreservi juht nentis, et kui arengud tööhõive ja inflatsiooni osas osutuvad ootuspäraseks, siis oleks intressimäära korrigeerimine sobilik. Oma toetust avaldas intressimäära tõstmise kasuks ka asepresident Stanley Fischer.

    Konsensuse nägemusele vastasid nädalavahetusel ka Hiina peaministri Li Keqiangi poolt sätestatud majanduslikud eesmärgid 2017.aastaks. Eelmise aasta 6,5-7,0% SKP kasvu asemel sihitakse tänavu umbes 6,5% kasvu või võimaluse korral kõrgemat, ühtides analüütikute prognoosiga. Muudest eesmärkidest püsis valitsuse eelarve 3% puudujääk SKPst muutumatuna ning samuti oodatakse inflatsiooni püsimist 3% juures. Mullusest mõnevõrra tagasihoidlikum majanduskasvu eesmärk annab analüütikute arvates valitsusele ruumi vähendada sõltuvust võlapõhistest investeeringutest ning kontrollida sellega paremini finantsriske. Kapitaliinvesteeringute kasvueesmärk langetati eelmise aasta 10,5% pealt 9,0%le ning transpordi infrastruktuuri investeeringuteks nähakse ette 2,6 triljonit jüaani (mullune investeering oli 2,85 triljonit jüaani).

    Tänased majandusuudised tõenäoliselt sentimenti oluliselt ei mõjuta, sest laual on vaid USA jaanuarikuu tehaste tellimused.
