    Eelmise nädala hinnamuutused:

  • USA valitsuse 2018.a eelarveettepaneku heakskiit Senati poolt tõstis turuosaliste lootust näha otsustavaid samme lähiajal ka maksureformi osas, mis pakkus tuge dollarile (EUR/USD -0,6% @1,1784) ning kergitas S&P 500 indeksit 0,5%. Stoxx 600 parandas reedel taset 0,3%, jäädes nädala lõikes siiski -0,3%ga punasesse.

Aasia aktsiaturd alustasid uut nädalat valdavalt kõrgemale liikudes eesotsas Jaapaniga, kus Nikkei 225 indeksi 1,1% tõusu toetas peaminister Shinzo Abe partei ja koalitsioonipartneri edukas tulemus pühapäevastel erakorralistel valimistel, mis võib anda talle võimaluse juhtida riiki 2021. aastani ning jätkata majanduse reformimist ja vajadusel lõdva rahapoliitika kasutamist. Kuna Jaapani keskpanga praeguse juhi Haruhiko Kuroda ametiaeg lõppeb tuleva aasta aprillis, võib Abe võit tähendada ka Kuroda jätkamist.

Hiina kinnisvaraturul jätkus septembris valitsuse meetmete toel hinnakasvu aeglustumine, seda eelkõige suurlinnades, kus uute majade keskmise hinna tõus ulatus vaid 1,6%ni (augustis 4,8%), olles küündinud aasta tagasi ligi 30%ni. Väiksemates linnades võis täheldada samuti tempo aeglustumist, kuid muutused on olnud tänu kõrgematele varudele ja soodsamale poliitikale oluliselt rahulikumad (kolmanda järgu linnades aeglustus kasv 8,2% pealt 7,5%le). Oma eelmise nädala kõnes ütles president Xi Jinping, et kinnisvara pole spekuleerimiseks, mis viitab valitsuse hinnakontrolli püsimisele ja soovile suurendada varusid.

Majandusuudiste osas pakub ülejäänud börsipäev vaid eurotsooni tarbijate oktoobrikuu kindlustunde indeksi muutust. Küll aga kogub tuure ettevõtete tulemuste hooaeg, kui sel nädalal raporteerib oma numbrid 189 S&P 500 ettevõtet. Täna selguvad enne USA turu avanemist Halliburtoni, Illinois Tooli, Kimberly-Clarki, Philipsi, Seagate Techi tulemused. Järelkauplemise ajal võtavad kvartali kokku teiste seas Owens-Illinois ja Whirlpool.
