  • Tere,

PS: Kulla jaoks meil juba on teema :)
  • Tere
Hakkasin otsima oma vabadele vahenditele alternatiivset investeeringut, kuna aktsiaportfelli suurendada tundub hetkel riskantne leidsin sellise variandi: http://www.kuldnebors.ee/search/ari/aritarbed/ratastel-kumblustunn/search.mec?pob_post_id=53437660&pob_action=show_post&pob_cat_id=10992&pob_browser_offset=25&pob_view_language_id=et&search_X_cat_ids=10689&pob_page_index=1&pob_page_size=25
Esmapilgul tundub selline hea laisamehe business ja ilma püsikuludeta teenimise võimalus. On kellelgi kokkupuuteid olnud sellise järelkäru peale ehitatud tünnisaunaga, missuguseid riske võiks see endas peita?

  • See siinne foorumiteema tuleb tõsta "Vaba Teema" rubriigi alla.

    ----------------
Private bank Coutts' analysis of alternative assets or so-called passion investments made by the world’s richest individuals.:
Classic cars: up 332% Investors have been happy to fork out. Sales at auction are breaking records. Last month a 1950s Aston Martin DBR1 went under the hammer in Monterey, California, and was sold for $22.6m (£17.5m) — a world record for a British car, according to Coutts. Last year the highest price yet paid for a Ferrari 250 GT was recorded, also in Monterey, with a 1961 SWB California Spider fetching $18.2m. In 2008, during the financial crisis, the Coutts classic car index rose 11.4% while the FTSE100 dropped almost 30%. The index only includes vehicles that have fetched more than $500,000 at auction and been sold more than 10 times. It takes account of all the costs involved in storing and maintaining the vehicles. Cars in the index include the Aston Martin DB5, favoured by James Bond and last valued at auction at $698,658, and that $18.2m Ferrari. Although classic cars have been the best performers among alternative assets since 2005, they have proved a disappointment more recently, with the index falling by 10.4% last year after a 6.7% drop in 2015. “This short-term fall is just the way in which the market is taking a breather given the rise in percentage terms over the long term,” said M.K.Syed of Coutts, noting the 48% rise in 2014 alone. “However, the very best cars will always continue to see good demand.”
Rare coins: up 225%. Only category to have registered rising prices in every year since 2005. On average the increase has been more than 11% a year. A gold 1738 George II guinea was the best-performing coin of 2016, growing in value from £30,000 to about £45,000, according to the stamp and coin merchant Gibbons. A gold Charles II guinea dating from 1663 was the best-performing coin over 10 years, going up from £6,250 to £55,000.
Fine wines: up 153% for top names, had a good run from 2005 to 2011 as Chinese buyers emerged, but went on to perform badly between 2011 and 2015 as the same buyers withdrew from the market. Prices have come back over the past two years, rising by about 27%, according to the London International Vintners Exchange (Liv-ex)
Watches: up 105%, demand is strong for watches from luxury brands such as Patek Philippe
Rare musical instruments: best performers last year, rising 16.4%, although this followed an 11% fall in 2015.
Art: down 42% -old masters & 19th century paintings, up 64% -postwar and contemporary art, up 95% -traditional Chinese works of art
    Rugs & carpets: down 21%
