  • Eelmise nädala sügavama miinuse järel võtsid Euroopa aktsiaturud esmaspäeval maad tagasi, kosudes Stoxx 600 indeksi näol protsendi jagu. Koos nafta kallinemisega alustati paljulubavalt päeva ka Ühendriikides, kuid FEDi kolmapäevase istungi eel on siiski määramatust piisavalt palju, mis ühtlasi tekitab küsimusi turu edasise suuna osas ning S&P 500 loovutas sessiooni lõpuks kogu esimesel tunnil saavutatud 0,6% plussi.

Ühendriikide majade ehitajate kindlustunde indeks hüppas septembris tervelt kuue punkti võrra 65 punktile oodatud 60 punkti asemel. Seejuures liikusid ülespoole indeksi kõik kolm komponenti: jooksvate müügiootuste indeks kerkis kuus punkti 71 punktile, järgmise kuue kuu ootuste indeks viis punkti samuti 71 punktile ning potentsiaalsete ostjate liiklust kajastav indeks paranes nelja punkti võrra 48 punktile. Ühest küljest toetavad madal tööpuudus ning kodulaenude atraktiivsed intressid nõudlust, teisalt hoiavad pakkumist tagasi uute ja olemasolevate majade kesised varud.

USA kinnisvarasektor jääb tänagi majandusuudiste osas peamise fookuse alla, kui õhtupoolikul selguvad augustis alustatud elamuehituste ja väljastatud ehituslubade arvud.

    15.30 USA alustatud elamuehitused (august)
    15.30 USA väljastatud ehitusload (august)
  • Morgan Stanley usub, et Saksamaa majanduskasv aeglustub tuleval aastal 1%le. Kodumaine nõudlus peaks olema peamine kasvu vedur, kuid Brexitiga kasvanud määramatus ning lisaks ebakindel makrokliima mujal maailmas mõjutavad negatiivselt netoeksporti ning ettevõtete investeeringuid.
  • USA alustatud majade ehituste annualiseeritud arv kahanes augustis MoM -5,8% 1142 tuhandele (oodati 1190 tuhat), väljastatud ehituslubade arv alanes -0,4% 1139 tuhandele (oodati 1165 tuhat).
