  • Uus nädal algas Balti börsidel erisuunaliste liikumistega – Tallinn (+0.05%), Riia (-0.23%), Vilnius (+0.20%). Põhinimekirjas tehti 325 tehingut moodustades käibe 764 tuhat eurot, millest Vilniuse börsi käive moodustas 538 tuhat eurot ja Tallinna börsi käive 208 tuhat eurot ning tehingute arvud olid vastavalt 178 ja 130.

    Suurimas mahus tehti tehinguid Apranga (+1.17%) aktsiaga – käive 384 tuhat eurot ja tehingute arv 51. Järgnes Tallink Grupp (+0.94%) 31 tehinguga kogumahus 70 tuhat eurot. Panevėžio statybos trestas (+3.70%) aktsiaga tehti 39 tehingut kogumahus 53 tuhat eurot.

    Suurimad tõusjad olid Lietuvos energijos gamyba (+4.07%, käive EUR 5k), Panevėžio statybos trestas (+3.70%, käive EUR 53k), Grigeo (+1.65%, käive EUR 10k). Enim langesid Baltika (-2.43%, käive EUR 7k), PRFoods (-1.75%, käive EUR 2k), Olympic Entertainment Group (-1.61%, käive EUR 50k).

  • Eelmise nädala positiivsus kandus edasi esmaspäeva, mil S&P 500 (+0,2%) ning Dow Jones (+0,3%) sulgusid uutel tippudel ning Nasdaq selle lähedal (+0,1%). Euroopas lõpetas Stoxx 600 päeva tippudest madalamal, ent suutis lõpuks registreerida siiski 0,4% võidu.

    USA majade ehitajate kindlustunde indeks alanes septembris kolme punkti võrra 64 punktile, osutudes analüütikute oodatud 67 punktist madalamaks. NAHBi sõnul suurendasid orkaanid ehitajate muret materjalide hinna ja tööjõu kättesaadavuse pärast, kuid majade taastamine peaks aitama kaasa ehitusaktiivsuse paranemisele neljandas kvartalis.



    Luubi all on täna Saksamaa investorite ja analüütikute septembri kindlustunde indeksid ning Ühendriikide kinnisvaraturu augustikuu esimesed aktiivsusnäitajad.

  • Saksamaa investorite ja analüütikute hinnang majanduse jooksvale olukorrale paranes 1,2 punkti võrra 87,9 punktini, ületades konsensuse 86,2punktist prognoosi. Samuti hinnatakse paremaks järgmise kuue kuu väljavaadet, mille indeks kerkis 7 punkti võrra 17,0 punktile (oodati 12,0).
