Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus teatab, et Finantsinspektsiooni juhatuse 7. augusti 2017. a otsustega nr 4.1-1/123 kooskõlastati eurofondi LHV Maailma Aktsiad Fondi tingimuste muudatused.
B-osaku osakuomanike jaoks on oluline, et tingimuste jõustumise kuupäeval ühendatakse fondi B-osakud seniste A-osakutega (vahetuskursiga 6,39/10). AS Eesti Väärtpaberikeskus (edaspidi EVK) lõpetab fondile teenuse pakkumise ning ainsaks registripidajaks jääb AS LHV Pank. EVK kasutamine registripidajana on seni võimaldanud fondi osakuid hoida kõigi EVK kontohaldurite (sh Swedbank AS, AS SEB Pank, Danske Bank A/S Eesti filiaal, Nordea Bank AB Eesti filiaal) juures avatud väärtpaberikontol ja nende vahendusel fondi osakutega tehinguid teha. EVK poolt teenuse pakkumise lõpetamisega see võimalus kaob ning edaspidi on võimalik fondi osakuid hoida ning nende osas korraldusi anda ainult AS-i LHV Pank väärtpaberikonto vahendusel.
Fondi tingimustes on tehtud ka muid muudatusi (depoopank on edaspidi Swedbank AS-i asemel AS SEB Pank, depootasu määr tõuseb, fondi arvelt kantavate kulude loetelu on täiendatud, muudetud on fondi osakuomanike isikuandmete töötlemise korda, jm). Muudatuste kohta täpsema ülevaate saamiseks palume Teil tutvuda muudetud fondi tingimuste, prospekti ja põhiteabe dokumendiga ning dokumendiga „LHV Maailma Aktsiad Fondi tingimuste muudatuste põhjendus ja olulisuse hindamise analüüs ning fondi arengule ja osakuomanike huvidele avaldatava mõju analüüs“.
Tingimuste muudatused jõustuvad 13. septembril 2017. a. Muudatused on fondivalitseja hinnangul olulised. Sellest tulenevalt on fondi osakuomanikel võimalik 1 kuu jooksul enne muudatuste jõustumist investeeringust fondi osakutesse väljuda ilma lisakuludeta, s.t fondi osakute tagasivõtmistasu on 0%.

Notification of amendment of the fund rules of the LHV World Equities Fund
Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus hereby notifies that the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority has on August 7, 2017 with the decision no 4.1-1/123 approved the amendments to the fund rules of LHV Maailma Aktsiad Fond (LHV World Equities Fund).
It is important for the class B unit unit-holders that on the effective date of the fund rules, the class B units shall be merged with the current class A units (exchange ratio being 6.39/10). AS Eesti Väärtpaberikeskus (hereinafter ECSD) in ceasing to offer the registry keeping and organisation of the issue and redemption of units service to the Fund and AS LHV Pank will remain the sole registrar. Using the ECSD as a registrar has made it possible to keep the units on the securities account opened with any of the account operators of the ECSD (Swedbank AS, AS SEB Pank, Danske Bank A/S Estonian branch, Nordea Bank AB Estonian branch) and submit transaction orders via the account operators. This option will no longer be available after the ECSD terminates its service and in the future the transaction orders can only be submitted to and fund units can only be held on the securities account opened with AS LHV Pank.
Other amendments have also been made to the fund rules of the Fund (the depositary bank will be AS SEB Pank instead of Swedbank AS, the depositary’s charge rate will increase, the list of fees and charges paid on the account of the fund has been extended, the principles of customer data processing have been amended, etc.). The amendments will come into effect on September 13, 2017. LHV Asset Management has assessed the amendments to be material. Therefore, you as a unit-holder have the right to exit the investment free of charge for 1 month before the Fund terms become effective, i.e. the redemption fee shall be 0%.
